The Wallace is a modern answer to a typical French brasserie. The Wallace Collection’s stunning courtyard is the glamourous location for Oliver Peyton’s brasserie de luxe. Diners sit under silk fringed parasols set amongst pretty camelia trees to create an enchanting and elegant dining room.
Open every day from breakfast through to afternoon tea and for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, the all-day menu courtesy of chef de cuisine David Collard features the best in seasonal french cuisine.
The a la carte lunch and dinner menu includes classic favourites such as steak tartare, seabass in salt crust and, for sharing, whole roast black leg chicken stuffed with foie gras.
An array of terrines, fine cheeses and pâtés are also available alongside platters of oysters, clams, lobster, prawns and crab from the on-display raw bar.
