Open every day from breakfast through to afternoon tea, and with the opening of the museums stunning new entrance in mid-March, for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, the all-day menu courtesy of chef de cuisine Olivier Geyer features the best in seasonal French cuisine.
The a la carte lunch and dinner menu includes classic favorites such as steak tartar, whole baked sea bass and roasted pheasant with Madeira jus and chestnuts.
An array of terrines, fine cheeses and pâtés are also available alongside platters of oysters, lobster, prawns and crab from the on-display raw bar.
